- As a Board Member and COO of Better Bites Bakery, raised $2MM in capital by building a Path to Profitability strategy driven by impactful innovation and margin improvement strategies.
- While the GM at Inventure Foods, collaborated with Costco to build a combined Kirkland Signature and Rader Farms product strategy that allowed Rader Farms to maintain a brand presence nationally in all Costco Clubs.
- As VP of Marketing, built a Social and Digital Marketing platform for Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods that drove Michael Angelo’s Facebook fans from 0 to 75,000 in six months.
- As SVP of Marketing, drove the launch of Red Baron’s “Pizza by The Slice,” the first individual pizza in the Frozen Food category sliced from an actual whole pizza.
